Telecommunications Representative

Job Overview: As a member of the Headquarters Routing Department the Telecommunications Representative is primarily responsible for performing outbound calls including sales follow-ups, COD’s, cores and broken promises. Additionally, responsible for territory calls, assisting with the chat portal and conducting facility tours.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Building relationships with customers
• Sustaining relationships with customers
• Communication: possess strong oral and written communication skills, clearly and accurately communicating complex and/or technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Environment- ability to work in both a team and independent environment
• Quality of Work- demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A highly collaborative mindset
• Ability to work independently, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, rapidly changing atmosphere
• Detail oriented
• Associate must be ok with completing repetitive processes
