Role- Customer Support Associates

Location- Irving, TX- (Remote)

  • Knowledge of OMNI 2.0 – any channel(not a must)

Omni 2.0: The transformation at Verizon Wireless also includes integrated systems to provide a unified customer experience via mobile, online and tele sales. In the future, a shared cart will let representatives in a store pick up the conversation with a customer after they’ve shopped online, making the interaction easier and more streamlined. Additionally, the company also now offers in-store pickup at most retail locations, allowing customers to order online and pick their purchase up at a nearby store.

  • General knowledge of Ipad’s and Chrome Web Brow

What they will be doing…

  • Tactical Triage
  • Channel Relations (Systems) for Residential Team (D2D)
  • Prioritize defects and system gaps
  • Analyzes Ticket and Defect Trends
  • Operations support of various notifications, reporting and ticketing system
  • working to gain knowledge of the applications and provide ongoing support of the system
  • preparing task plans and following change management process

You’ll need to have:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of work experience.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willingness to work additional shifts, if necessary, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Associate degree.
  • Customer service and/or retail sales experience.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
