We have a hybrid working current opportunity for a Acquisition Lead to join an established telecoms infrastructure specialist on a permanent basis.

The client has offices in Leicester, Manchester and Edinburgh and is considering applicants in all locations.

Salary Expectation: £52,000 + Package

The role:

• Managing a collection of telecoms sites.
• Set targets and measure performance against KPI’s. Internal/External reporting.
• Attending face-to-face meetings.
• Improve on existing processes and delivery improvement.
• Support the development of new starters
• Liaise and negotiate agreements in accordance with the New Telecommunication Code.
• Lead the project team to meet deadlines and requirements.

Requirements:

• Experienced understanding and application of property/planning law in the telecoms sector.
• Previous experience in the telecoms sector.
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Target driven, Team Player, Proactive
• Thrives in a fast paced telecoms environment
• Problem Solver
• Strong Leadership Skills
• RICS accredited (desirable)
• Driving Licence (essential)
