Lightworks Fiber & Consulting is seeking fiber technicians to join our company. Competitive pay and full benefits offered!

Pay range is $18.00-25.00/hour to start based on experience!

Some travel is required

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated individuals in the that are wanting to enter the rapidly growing field of fiber optic splicing. Experience in telecommunications a plus, but not required – we are open to entry level!

What you need to have…

• Valid US Driver’s license (MVR record requirement for employment)
• Lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
• Good work ethic
• Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
• Have adequate computer and smart phone skills
• Ability to work on call on a rotating basis to respond to emergencies and outages
• Ability to read and understand maps, documents, and diagrams relative to each project scope
• Must be able to work night, day and mid shifts
• Must be able to see and distinguish different colors and read fine print
• Ability to define and solve problems in the field to ensure job completion
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
