Inside Sales Support – Training Provided

Inside Sales Support Job Description:

– Processing Incoming Orders

– Taking Credit Card Payments for Invoices

– Creating Shipping Labels for Outgoing Orders

– Assist with Incoming Phone Calls and Emails

– Customer Support

– Managing Incoming Returns

– Minor CRM Follow-Up upon Deliveries

Benefits/Hours/Pay:

Monday Through Friday – 8am to 5pm

Base Pay – $31,200-$41,600 Plus Bonuses
