NOC Associate

Position Title: NOC Associate – 2nd Shift (4:00 pm – 2:30 am; 4 days a week, rotating)

Pay: $20/hr

Position Location: Louisville, KY (on-site)

Position Description:

Norton Healthcare in Louisville, KY is seeking a NOC Analyst to be responsible for providing hands on NOC support. If you are a passionate professional looking to grow more into the network space, this is the team for you.

Work Experience

• Minimum 2 years in a Server-Network Troubleshooting environment preferred.
• Preferred prior experience in a Network Operations Center.

Preferred Qualifications

• Windows and Linux Administration Skills
• Event log troubleshooting
• Windows Update/Patch Management
• Monitoring applications (Nagios, SMARTS, IP Monitor, etc)

Certifications/Educational Experience Preferred:

• A+, Network+ minimum certification within 6 mo.
• Associates degree in IT related field, or 5 years in an IT-type position.

Additional Expectations:

• Weekend and holiday support is to be expected after several months onsite with several weeks’ heads up.
