The role of the Telecom Engineer I position is unique in supporting all CarePathRx brands and their telephony needs. This role is crucial in establishing and maintaining a successful customer journey and experience for our customers and strategic partners all over the United States. You will be challenged to support solutions that balance rapid innovation with uncompromised reliability while working on an experienced top-tier team with significant pride in customer journey excellence and passion for cutting-edge technology.

10% Travel may be required

Responsibilities
  • Meet all telephony business objectives within SLA-established times. This ranges from managing tickets to completing project work.
  • Ensures the business is thriving in honoring its partner agreements. This includes but is not limited to the successful deployment of call flows, KPI reporting, and technical support.
  • Developing telephony solutions to optimize internal customer experience and their ability to be engaging, responsive, and efficient to customers.
  • New location rollouts, including management of licensing, contracts, call flows, audio recordings, and physical assets.
  • Liaison between IT and business unit resources across CarePathRx brands to establish and gather telephony goals and priorities for the company.
Qualifications
  • Scripting experience with Cisco’s UCCX platform is a plus. Please mention experience, if applicable, in your submission.
  • Experience in working with the design, planning, implementation, and support of traditional or cloud call center solutions, including CTI, IVR, Reporting, Workforce Management, Call Recording, VoIP, SIP, Quality Monitoring, etc.
  • Experience with high-end telephony & contact center platforms and solutions. Cisco, Ring Central, NICE, and Genesys are preferred. AI experience is plus but not required.
  • 3+ years working in a corporate environment
