Telarus
Responsibilities include:
- Completing detailed training on Telecommunications, the Partner (Indirect Sales) Channel, and Telarus systems.
- Regular, consistent, predictable attendance is an essential job function
- Using standard office software; and quickly learning new software, processes and procedures
Prioritizing incoming workload, and ensuring timely completion of tasks
Assisting telecommunications Carriers in the design and provisioning of large and/or complex sales orders. - Actively participating in assigned projects’ scheduled implementation, turnup, and conference meetings/calls
- Anticipating areas of risk and resolving issues proactively
Tracking progress of assigned projects, identifying and ensuring timely completion of relevant job steps. - Escalating delayed or problematic project issues within appropriate channels and ensuring satisfactory resolution
- Answering Partner and Supplier project questions, and assisting them in accessing/utilizing available resources
- Employee must maintain consistent communication with manger throughout his/her employment
- Ensuring Partner and Supplier satisfaction with project outcomes, and the likelihood of additional/repeat opportunities
- Contributing to the Complex Support team’s success and growth, and observing all Telarus policies and processes
- Supporting and building the Telarus culture, and actively promoting the company’s values and industry commitment
- Plan, develop, and manage multiple Telecommunications projects
- Coordinate across the various stakeholders to utilize internal resources to support various telecom obligations and requirements
- Manage 3rd party contractors to support engineering and/or field related work
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budget and ensure that all project deliverables are met
- Track and report project status outlining project performance and accomplishments
- Work directly with the stakeholders to forecast all field work on weekly basis
- Maintain all documents, E-mails and notes on a project on a shared location for future review
Qualifications include:
- Significant experience and demonstrated proficiency in supporting business telecommunications sales
- Proven experience in managing the design and implementation of telecommunication projects
- Excellent computer skills – proficiency in MS Office and other standard applications
- Exceptional communicative skills – written and verbal testing will be administered
- Demonstrated ability to acquire, comprehend, utilize and present complex information
- Strong detail orientation and consistent follow-through on all assigned tasks
- Contributing team player with ability to manage individual responsibilities
- Degree preferred or 10+ years’ experience with various carriers; Strong background in UCaaS and CCaaS implementation.
- Ability to acquire PMP certification within the first 12 months of employment.
- Knowledge of telecom networks and systems
- Demonstrated record of completing projects on time and within budget
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software (including Microsoft Project Professional)
- Ability to provide clear, concise and professional communications to customers and team members at all levels across the organization
- Ability to effectively facilitate individual and group meetings and discussions
- Ability to define and prioritize problems and work, collect and organize data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions and projections
- Ability to anticipate risks and prepare contingency plans
- Working knowledge in project-related Scheduling
Headquarters is located in Sandy, Utah but this position is remote and can be worked from anywhere in the U.S.
