Position Description

  • Manage active subscriber territory for retention, new business development, cross/upsell, to meet clients’ information needs.
  • Use consultative selling methods to generate win-win outcomes for clients and yourself.
  • Provide superior service follow-through that builds client loyalty through continuous relationship management.
  • Deploy strong verbal and written communication skills to develop lasting rapport with decision makers and end users.
  • Use proprietary CRM and other software to promote timely contact reflecting clients’ information needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent selling practice and service delivery across the sales group.

  • Functions well in a 100% remote work setting as a collaborative team member.
  • Shows self-belief needed to interact effectively with high-level professional clients.
  • Understands internal drive needed to succeed in a B2B environment.
  • Is college educated (degree preferred, not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
