Network Expense Coordinator

Employment Type: Contract (6 months, possibility to renew)

Primary Responsibilities:

Process telecom bills for the Company, which includes:

• Track and analysis all (month over month) billing variances
• Dispute any necessary items directly with vendor
• Verify turn-ups and disconnects are reflected on invoices timely
• Provide account/circuit billing information to Carrier Management when requested
• Maintain accurate records of disputed amounts by vendor
• Assist with the preparation and submission of FUSF documentation to vendors
• Gather telecom data as requested to assist with the next data bulk upload in NetSuite
• Ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner and paid on time.
• Ensure that appropriate software application reflect the up-to-date information in terms of vendor billing, account numbers, etc.
• Performs routine accounting reconciliations.
• Performs other projects as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• Experience with MS Office, with a proficiency in MS Excel is required.
• Experience with NetSuite, BPM, Joget and Remedy preferred.

Must be detail-oriented and motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team setting and possess excellent customer service and communication skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
