As a Field Manager you’ll have a vital role, empowering your team members to provide excellent service. You’ll monitor performance, coach, train, and lead your team to success.
Here are some of the ways you’ll make an impact in this role:
- Plan, organize, and direct all operations with respect to installation and repair services.
- Handle or support time reporting, payroll, and on-call or vacation scheduling.
- Conduct safety and quality inspections to ensure high quality and safe performance by technicians.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure technician workloads are efficient and enable them to meet our customer commitments.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or service issues, working closely with Field Teams, Care and Sales.
- Handle all discipline and make recommendations based on company policies and with the support of HR.
- Partner with the union on contractual related matters. Receives technician grievances and resolves them as appropriate.
Requirements for this opportunity:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience working in fast paced, dynamic work environments
- Organizational, problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Possess a valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Weigh less than 275 lbs., required for ladder safety
- Knowledge or experience of network, telecommunications or data connectivity a plus but not required

Environmental Requirements: This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
Our Manager Network Services earn between$96,000 & $154,200 yearly. Not to mention all of the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
