Position Overview
As a member of the Customer Solutions team, you will be responsible for contributing to design,
engineering, implementation, and support of telephony integrations for PerfectServe’s care mobility
clients. This role also includes advising clients in the configuration of their telephony and network
infrastructure and MDM software for optimal integrated function with PerfectServe platforms. This job
provides a challenging opportunity in a fast-paced, agile organized environment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate telephony and network integration design discussions with clients
- Configure PerfectServe internal solutions for telephony and network integrations
- Ensure that telephony integration implementations meet client service level agreements
- At times serve as subject matter expert for client
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive telephony and network integrations infrastructure diagrams
and technical documentation - Adhere to and assist other team members in complying with evolving security and process
policies - Maintains knowledge of industry trends and best practices in order to propose solutions to
improve telecommunications infrastructure - Engage with the sales and account management team in technical scoping
- Participate in a call rotation for after-hours support of critical events
- Travel: Up to 25%
Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills such as partnering, conflict management,
consulting, and mentoring. - Skill in documenting systems and procedures.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Project and the MS Office Suite of products
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to joyfully partner with teammates to create a positive working environment
- Associate or Bachelor degree
- 5+ years of voice network or telecom systems experience that included the following:
- Experience managing voice communications hardware and software maintenance in an
enterprise environment - Experience working with/meeting business users’ requirements
- Experience in the maintenance of electronic/communications systems, including wired
and/or wireless telephony systems - Experience with analog, digital, and IP voice telephony systems
- Experience with VoIP technology systems and related voice networking architecture
- Experience managing voice communications hardware and software maintenance in an

- High School diploma or equivalent
- 9+ years voice network or telecom systems experience that included the following:
- Experience managing voice communications hardware and software maintenance in an
enterprise environment - Experience working with/meeting business users’ requirements
- Experience in the maintenance of electronic/communications systems, including wired
and/or wireless telephony systems - Experience with analog, digital, and IP voice telephony systems
- Experience with VoIP technology systems and related voice networking architecture
