This position will require excellent customer service skills in a fast paced, team-oriented environment, focused on the delivery of a variety of communication/carrier services.
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, that is detail oriented and can strategically problem-solve while maintaining focus under pressure.
Responsible for service delivery of number porting for new and existing customer.
Must be able to work closely with multiple Carriers, building and maintaining relationships to drive efficient service resolution to the customer.
Ability to provide service delivery of voice and number porting to customers from the time the order is received to successful completion.
Ability to navigate multiple Carrier systems to determine most efficient delivery of services to customer.
Work closely with project management leads, assisting customers to ensure seamless transition to our services and overcome roadblocks with porting numbers to our services.
Manage and monitor order implementation through completion.
Provide continuous, professional communication of information to customers, vendors, and internal team via CRM software, phone, chat, or email.
Obtain and validate customer information. Collaborate with team to improve customer experience.
- Strong organization skills
- Extensive porting and provisioning knowledge a plus
- Detail oriented with high level of accuracy and quality
- Ability to multitask and transition from task to task in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to adapt to new processes and procedures
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc), Adobe
