You excel at driving healthy sales through a diverse sales team (both local and remote) and your greatest strength and strongest passion is leading and developing sales talent. You must be successful in coaching, growing, motivating and holding your team accountable to their personal and professional goals; you understand how to tie them together to achieve company goals and objectives. You are able to balance market development strategies between new business development and organic growth, all with the end goal of driving client success and satisfaction.

You must be an avid networker and talent developer who always has a bench of future talent. You have grown successful sales teams and you bring proven experience at leading both seasoned and new salespeople. You lead by example and understand how to help your team leverage consultative value added selling and relationship development in a fast paced competitive environment. Technology is your friend both with products and with measuring your team’s activities and behaviors.

Experience in the Telecom Industry is helpful but not required as you can dig in to learn a new industry quickly.
