Telecom Project Manager Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Telecom Project Manager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is between $70,000 and $110,000 depending on experience and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Telecom Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare execution plans for each stage of the project
- Types of projects include all types of low voltage systems such as Voice/Data, Video and Security systems, Audio Visual, Nurse Call, Distributed Antenna Systems, and Fire Alarm Systems.
- Collaborate with Superintendent and other field personnel to ensure project is on schedule
- Manage financials, approve invoices, and track budget variances.
- Prepare reports for management
- Negotiate change-orders
- Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors
Telecom Project Manager Qualifications
- Must have 5-7+ years’ experience in low voltage construction, infrastructure cabling, and telecommunications, in a project manager role
- Must have experience working on commercial projects above $25M in electrical budget
- Accubid & Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Strong employment stability
- Demonstrates prioritization, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
Preferred but Not Necessary
- Journeyman License or Degree
