JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Project Manager/Program Manager for one of our large telecommunications clients. This resource will be focused on the efficiency and strategy surrounding the client’s contact center and will act as the right-hand resource to the Director of Customer Contact Center. They will be utilizing Jira, ServiceNow, and Asana on a day-to-day basis. Strong experience in Project/Program Manager roles is a requirement, with a PMP certification preferred. This resource will be in constant communication with C-level executives and therefore, must possess extremely strong communication and presentation skills. Management of contact/call centers is also a nice to have, as well as any experience in the telecommunications industry. This resource will join the team fulltime, in Charlotte, NC hybrid, but remote is optional for an all-star candidate.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Strong background in project or program management
- Change management experience
- Knowledge of Jira, ServiceNow, and/or Asana
- Identity and/or access management focus
- Experience managing contact centers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
DESIRED SKILLS
- PMP certification
- Experience in the Telecommunications industry
