HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an integral member of the IT Team, this position is responsible for the following:

Responsibilities and Requirements

· Architect, supervise, and participate in implementing technologies and platforms supporting a complex corporate data and voice infrastructure.

· Ensure high availability of enterprise voice and data platforms that support internal employee business functions and external customer contact.

· Troubleshoot and remediate issues impacting the corporate voice and data infrastructure operation.

· Serve as one of the primary contact points for telecommunication carriers and service providers and coordinate circuit design, provisioning, installation, and troubleshooting.

· Assist with planning and implementing systems and network integrations following M&A activity.

· Document the design, operation, and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures.

Basic Qualifications

· Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and two years of related work experience or five years of related work experience in lieu of a degree bachelor’s degree in an Engineering Discipline

· Intermediate understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting

· Experience configuring, installing, and administering Fortinet Firewalls.

· Experience with Cisco, Netgear, and other switches

· Experience with network routing protocols

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including developing detailed design-level system documentation.

· Good command of MS Office Applications

· 5+ years of related network experience

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
