The Project Setup Analyst will handle setup of mobile models/reports/invoices for standard or complex jobs. Specific responsibilities will vary based on the assignment(s) provided by the Manager – Project Delivery. Projects assigned involve working on a range of services and functions, which may include some or all the following tasks:

Responsibilities:

• Provide project setup leadership and direction to Project Delivery Group staff during the project setup cycle.
• Participate in project definition and setup. Areas of responsibility include technical project set up, creating mobile data models, handheld scripts, import/export configurations, database views, product configurations, invoice templates and reports.
• Evaluate Job Setup Team requests and manage team inbox.
• Maintain excellent communications with all Osmose personnel involved in the project setup to identify questions, changes and document progress for project setup.
• Provide mobile model testing prior to project start.
• Assist with Production Coordinator responsibilities as needed, which may include job setups, data import and processing, customer invoicing and deliveries.
• Contribute to other projects and plans, not specifically noted above, to achieve the goals of the Company.

Requirements:

• Ability to learn processes, procedures and software independently and quickly.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding of the concepts of databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft computer software to include Access, Excel and Word.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Working knowledge of GIS software a plus but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to work varied hours whenever necessary to achieve the desired results.
