Telecom Analyst

Summary of Role:

We are looking for a talented Data Center/Telecom Operations to join our dynamic team to provide system administration for our key applications and environment. This position will have responsibility for maintaining our telecom environment, server patches and security upgrades.

Key Responsibilities of Role:

· Responsible for supporting/administering the Telecommunications environments that includes RingCentral, Twilio, and KoreAI.

· Responsible for supporting/administering applications and coordinate with Vendor when required.

· Develop and maintain method statements, standard operating procedures, emergency response procedures, preventive maintenance programs, and all technical documentation

· Develop a complete, deep knowledge of the design intent, operational alternatives and contingency plans related to all systems

· Work will also include providing internal support to employee’s laptops.

· Responsible to monitor the efficient flow of information and data with Customer data into our systems.

· Functions in a consultative role using advanced problem-solving and analytical skills to implement, upgrade and support complex application systems.

· Participate and support on the Disaster Recovery and BCP process and procedure

· Stays connected with industry best practices and vendor specific application methodologies.

· Responsible for supporting the telecommunications environments

· To be on-call on a rotation basis shared with other team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,462.14 – $63,000.00 per year
