This is a Remote/Work from Home position and reports to a Strategic Program Manager.
Position Summary:
The Project Analyst plays a vital role in the successful delivery of our industry-leading products and services. The Project Analyst helps plan, organize, and execute the project effectively by providing critical project support. The Project Analyst partners closely with key leaders throughout the organization and support project activities from concept to delivery. This critical position has an eye on the details and is the first point of contact for project documentation management, task status, issues, and risks. A master at navigating our Project Lifecycle, the Project Analyst is often the “go-to” teammate to help ensure that we are doing the right things, the right way and at the right time.
What you will do:
- Work with key partners to prepare tasks lists that support the development and execution of project timelines
- Facilitate backlog grooming and ticket management within JIRA
- Report on project status and recommend changes as needed to ensure that projects are successfully completed
- Track and validate that Phase Gate process deliverables are met
- Track and report on project status, inclusive of risks and issues and mitigation actions
- Conduct analyses of business processes to determine how they can be improved
- Coordinate with cross functional departments to meet goals and objectives
- Identify potential risks or obstacles that may impact project success

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, process analyst or project manager, Scrum Master or project coordinator is required.
- Experience with JIRA and working in a Waterfall/Agile hybrid environment is required
- Excellent organizational skills with a proven methodology for managing project artifacts, including versioning, and approval workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframe
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated ability to use discretion, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours and travel (up to 10%); will include some overnight travel
- Proficient in MS Office, modern communication tools for virtual teams (i.e., MS Teams); Jira, Confluence.
- Telecom/Telephony Industry experience preferred. Experience and/or understanding of the complexities delivering and supporting products to hard of hearing customers, who are typically seniors is preferred

Employees may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time:
- Sitting, standing, and walking (95-100%)
- Keyboarding (95-100%)
- Viewing computer monitor, tablet, and cell phone requiring close vision (95-100%)
Work Environment:
100% Remote: Work environment is at home.
Remote with Travel: Work environment is primarily indoors at home, customer or vendor site, or other business meeting venue; exposure to all types of weather and temperature conditions during travel, and exposure to hazardous driving and traffic conditions. Travel (approx.10%), may include overnight and out-of-state travel.
Compensation
