Job Description:
Provides technical assistance in support and preparation of telecom technologies, primarily focused on mobile device management, deployment, and maintenance. Requires working knowledge of and experience with networking, mobile and desktop technologies including, but not limited to, desktop operating systems, desktop applications, PC hardware/peripherals, tablets, and smart phones (iOS and Android). Knowledge of VoIP and PBX telecom systems a plus. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
The DOC telecom group manages:
- Polycom video infrastructure and endpoints
- Mitel VoIP PBX and ACD
- Teams Phone service
- Telecommunication Company management
- Iphone support
- Airwatch
- Apple Business Management
- Video conferencing account management
Minimally qualified applicants must have:
- Working knowledge of Telecommunication concepts such as SIP, H323 and other VoIP technologies
- Working knowledge of Networking concepts
- Experience with Mobile Device Management such as AirWatch
Position overview: Looking for an experienced Telecommunication Analyst to continue our support for our business partners and persons in our care. This individual will be assisting with supporting and installing telephones, cellphones and other video conferencing solutions.
Required Skills & Years of Experience: 2 – 5 Years
- Video Conferencing infrastructure and endpoints management
- Unified Communications Systems (PBX, ACD etc)
- Mobile device support and Management
- Networking Concepts

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Telecommunication concepts such as SIP, H323 and other VoIP: 5 years (Preferred)
- Networking Concepts: 5 years (Preferred)
- Mobile Device Management such as AirWatch: 5 years (Preferred)
- Unified Communications Systems (PBX, ACD etc): 5 years (Preferred)
