Entry Level Drafter for fiber optic-based telecommunications design for cable operators to rebuild their cable system as well as Fiber Optic interconnects and DOT permitting for Cellular 5G upgrades to cell towers and new small cells. The majority of our work is using AutoCAD, Bentley, and ESRI with third-party software designed for our industry.
We realize we will be spending time training on-site as very few companies in the US provide our type of design services. We also realize some applicants may have had prior training at ITT Technical prior to their closing, and we understand this.
We work a Four Day Workweek, Monday – Thursday, and offer benefits such as Health, Life, and Dental Insurance as well as LegalShield, Aflac, and a Simple IRA once on board with us for 90 days.
We offer Two weeks paid vacation the first year as well as 30 hours of paid sick time a second year.
Our design office was newly built out from scratch nine years ago with plenty of room to expand.
