Tower Technician I & II

Midwest CATV, Inc. is looking for hard-working, self-sufficient, and reliable individuals with experience in the wireless industry who enjoys working from heights to fill our Top Hand and Tower Technician positions.

Our hourly rates for experienced:

Tower Tech I & II pays up to $30

Some of your responsibilities and expectations for both positions are:

– Ability to use tools or equipment safely and properly
– Assist your team with maintaining a safe and organized work environment
– Understand quality and installation requirements
– Follow and adhere to all safety procedures and requirements
– Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast paced environment
– Maintain a professional attitude towards co-workers, public and management
– Follow and adhere to all safety procedures and requirements
– Attend safety meetings and follow company & safety policies

Additional responsibilities and expectations for Top Hands:

– Listen to and perform tasks as directed by your Foreman/Manager.
– Take the needed deliverables required in a timely fashion

Requirements:

– Must have experience with climbing & ability to properly use climbing gear and PPE
– Must be able to lift/carry 70lb
– Must have full body mobility: twisting, turning, and working for extensive periods on feet
– Must be able to work at various heights on a regular basis
– Have basic math skills & speak/understand English
– Ability to work in ALL weather conditions for extended periods of time
– Pass a Criminal Background Check
– Acceptable Driving Record & a Driver’s License
– Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends when necessary
– Must pass a pre-employment and random drug tests
– Ability to work out of the state of Minnesota when necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $28.00 per hour
