Summary:
This role provides level 2 NOC support to our 9-1-1 Voice Network, and works on various voice networks to provide support and resolutions to customers. Key role in providing triage of voice applications and technical support in a 24×7 operations.
What are the requirements of this position?
2+ years of experience in technical support call center, telephony, Network Operations Center or a similar work environment required
Experience with troubleshooting trunk groups (such as SIP, ISUP, PRI, CAS, etc.) and performing call traces
Understanding of SIP signaling protocols, ladders and error messages
What is the nice-to-have skills?
SONUS (voice networking)

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
