Responsibilities of our entry-level Telecommunications Representative:
- Accept inbound calls with customers and maintain a record of those conversations using our call center software
- Educate and inform customers on our client’s products and services that they qualify for
- Communicate clearly and professionally with each interaction daily
- Close any sales through the pipeline, if needed, while working with qualified and inquiring customers
- Keep the mission, values, and vision of the organization within every customer interaction
- Troubleshoot and answer any questions regarding contracts, promotions, or questions regarding the sales process for any customer inquiries
- Escalate any problems that arise regarding products or services to the Senior Management Team
- Work cohesively with other entry-level Telecommunications Representatives as part of a team
What we look for in an entry-level Telecommunications Representative:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or related entry-level position is highly preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn in an entry-level position
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision
- A passion for working with team members and customers
- Basic knowledge and comfortability with computers/technology

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
