Associate Inside Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – Remote – 2949205

The Associate Inside Sales Representative’s goal is to provide the best possible support to Health care providers by delivering accurate product information and ensuring access to patient assistance materials and programs through outbound and inbound calls.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Sales experience required, inside sales experience preferred
• Ability to deliver accurate product information by phone
• Advanced listening and decision-making skills
• Ability to understand and convey complex product-related information in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner
• Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks such as actively listening to the call recipient’s needs while navigating our CRM and consistently providing accurate and complete information on requested topics.
• High work ethic, reliable and punctual in reporting for scheduled work
• Ability to be flexible as needed to meet the fluctuating business needs

Remote Working Environment:

This is a remote position and as such requires the employee to establish an appropriate remote work environment that is both quiet and free from outside interference.

Computers/Laptops:

All employees will be provided a company work computer to perform the services.

Performance and Communication:

Employees will be required to maintain an appropriate level of communication and will be subject to regular meetings via various telecommunication devices and methods; familiarity and comfortability in this environment are required.
