This position is considered a remote position, but you must live in or around San Luis Obispo, CA or Santa Maria, CA as you will be officing out of your home and visiting with customers on site. Other travel may be required once-twice a month.

· Identify & prospect new opportunities

· Run pre-set appointments daily

· Carry a 20%+ closing ratio

· Work with sales support & operations to ensure customer expectations are both set and met correctly

· Keep up to date with industry specific information

· Be coachable

Requirements

· **ONE CALL CLOSER

· 3+ years business to business sales experience

· Self-motivated / able to work with limited supervision

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Experience with consultative & assumptive closing techniques

· Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines

· Ability to be a team player & work in a face paced environment

· Reliable form of transportation & Driver’s License + Auto Insurance as applicable

Pay: $36,000 Guarantee – First year OTE = $65,000 – $130,000+

· Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
