The Field Support Center Specialist provides support to field staff with:
· Company asset tracking (equipment and personnel)
· Documentation of hours worked and travel entitlements
· Verification of training and operational compliance
· Identification and reporting of potential safety hazards
· Serve as a liaison between the company leadership and field staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Interface with field and leadership teams to effectively provide information affecting operations of both internal and external workforces
Ability to complete tasks that require regular monitoring, tracking and follow-up
Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries from field staff and leadership
Review and organize data required for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as directed by management
Provide data analysis to payroll, operations and field staff utilizing various means of communication (phone calls, software applications, and in some cases fax data)
Provide reports on usage, location, required maintenance of company fleet assets and driver compliance with FMCSA regulations
Collect, analyze, and format data received for payroll, per diem and work assignments
Work with project controls team to ensure proper posting of project costs and durations
Frequent monitoring of weather conditions to include notifications to field workers
Verification of site safety requirements
Capability to compile accurate ad hoc reports based on operational needs
Occasionally exposed to sensitive information that must be handled with all required confidential measures
Responsible for reporting potential company and safety infractions to HR and/or EH&S team
Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing and participate in random testing program
May be required to work evenings and weekends
Position requires working indoors in a professional office atmosphere

Proven working experience in call center atmosphere
Experience in data collection and compilation
Time and project management skill/experience
Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions
Possess strong problem-solving skills
Must possess an excellent collaborative attitude

Must be detail oriented and a good listener

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position.
The Enertech Resources field support center provides 16 hours of coverage Monday thru Friday and 11 hours of coverage on weekend/holidays. Work shifts will vary and can include rotating on-call responsibilities to provide the required coverage.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Three years of customer service experience and data collection/analysis
Must have strong computer skills to include proficiency in MS Office suite of tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
Experience in telecommunications and ability to speak Spanish are both a plus
