What you’ll do:

  • Source, screen, and recruit top IT & Telecom talents using various recruiting methods, including social media, job boards, referrals, and other creative sourcing techniques.
  • Develop and maintain a network of candidates for future opportunities.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offers.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as applicable federal and state employment laws.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and potential candidates.
  • Participate in recruitment-related events such as job fairs, industry conferences, and networking events.


What we expect:

  • University degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT & Telecom recruitment, including experience sourcing and recruiting candidates for a variety of positions and levels.
  • Strong knowledge of various recruiting tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
  • Advanced level of English (both verbal and written).
  • Ukrainian language will be a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
