Description
We’re looking for aTelecom Analyst, working inEducationindustry in70 Washington Sq South, New York, New York, United States.

Work with clients to gather information about current telephone and voice mail programming.

Analyze and evaluate information to provide an efficient and practical solution.

Update LDAP with changes to employee telephone numbers.

Perform all programming required to complete moves, add, change and disconnect (MACDs) in Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Unity Connection.

Utilize databases to allocate inventory required to complete work orders.
-
Coordinate with other IT groups and clients to schedule tasks required to complete both day to day and project work, including large moves, migrations, and updates to devices.

Monitor progress of all tasks to ensure target completion dates are met.

Use Adobe to review and mark floor plans for field technicians.

Audit completed work orders to ensure that systems, databases, and billing records are correct.

Work with team to set up, configure and troubleshoot components of Cisco Call Manager and Unity Connection.

Experience Required for Your Success

Bachelors degree
-
3+ years experience in the same role
-
CUCM 11.x+ experience preferred
-
CISCO Unity connection 11.x+preferred
-
Experience doing the programming associated with moves adds changes
-
Experience in programming, and coordinating physical aspects of the jobs

Good communication is a must
