Oxford Solutions has an opportunity with our client for a Technical Support and Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst.

You will work a hybrid schedule (half in office in Monroeville area of Pittsburgh, PA and half remote from home).

Schedule:
WED and THURS – 11AM – 9PM (in office)
FRI and SAT – 11AM – 9PM (remote)

Looking for someone interested in growing from a technical support role to a Systems Analyst role.

Essential Functions

  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
  • Windows Server administration, virtualization, performance tuning, network connectivity, backups and restore
  • Administration and configuration of Exchange 2010/2013/2016
  • Administration and migration of Office 365 and Azure
  • Maintain documentation of client networks and systems.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in IT related area
  • 3 to 5 years help desk or technical support experience
  • Experience supporting & managing enterprise network & systems infrastructures
  • Experience with the following: Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, Office 365, Cisco, Palo Alto, Ruckus, SonicWall, etc.
  • Experience with Azure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment working with multiple clients
  • Ability to keep up with advancements in IT network technologies.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication skills with strong customer service orientation
