We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual to join our team in NH.

Network Administrator – Manchester, NH

In this role you will provide the company with administration, maintenance and support of all information and communication systems.

This position is full-time, working in the office at our Manchester, NH location.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for administering, maintaining, and supporting the Company’s information systems, including Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, ERP and CRM systems, network infrastructure devices, such as firewalls and routers, virtual private networks, desktop computers, remote and laptop computers, printers and other peripherals.
  • Preserve integrity, security, and efficiency of Schleuniger’s information systems with all appropriate measures, including updates, patches, backups, antivirus and endpoint protection, penetration testing, disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Ensure that user’s security rights remain up to date with permission changes and audits in Active Directory and other software applications.
  • Monitor and maintain computer network to ensure that it is functioning optimally by performing maintenance, updates, and upgrades as needed.
  • Support / manage / optimize and maintain the configuration and installation of workstation and laptop computers, including, but not limited to, patch updates, and hardware replacements.
  • Provide standard and approved software support and maintenance on computers for the entire lifecycle.
  • Support all employees with exceptional customer service for the company’s computer hardware and software.

What you bring to the table:

  • 1 to 3 years of server management experience and AS Degree in technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the following areas: Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Server, SQL Server, TCP/IP, Virtual Private Networks, telecom technologies.
  • Individual must be detail-oriented, with the ability to function effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills required.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining ITSM and ITAM systems.
  • Preference for the following certifications: CompTIA Server +, CompTIA Security +, MCSA.
  • Must be able to occasionally work after hours for system maintenance.
