Tower Technician

All positions Available! SNM Wireless is looking for Tower Climbers for immediate hire. These are full time, W2 positions. We offer benefits after 90 days, competitive wages and as many hours as you’re willing to work. We don’t lay off our guys so this is a secure position.

We are located near Pittsburgh, Pa (Burgettstown to be exact). We are currently working on T-mobile upgrades and new builds, AT&T relos and upgrades, Verizon upgrades, and tower stacks. We currently have alot of work in Pittsburgh that allows for being home every night. We do travel when needed but are home most weekends. Per diem and hotels will be provided.

We accept out-of-town applicants on 3 week minimum rotations.

This position would require:

• Ability to complete a site from start to finish. I.e. install antennas, rrus, trunk lines, jumpers.

• Follow CDs and RFDS plans with guidance

• Follow instructions from team leaders

• Train newer teams members

• Implement and execute safety plans

• Knowledge with rigging, knots, and pulleys

• Build sites to carrier specs without punch items

• Work with integration team to turn on sites without issues

• 1 Year of minimum experience

• Resume

• Drivers’ license

• Drug test
