Position Description
The Sales Representative responsible for renewing support contracts and selling other ancillary services to support our client base, and assisting in turning ad-hoc support requests into long-term service contracts. To be successful, the Sales Representative should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction.
Sales Representative Skills:

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Upselling products and services.
• Researching and qualifying new leads.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
• Client Relationships
• Demonstrated a History of Meeting Sales Goals
• Sales Planning
• Prospecting Skills

Position Requirements
Requirements:

• Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position is preferred.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills and exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Ability to achieve targets.

This is a remote position, travel twice a month to various locations.

Texas or Georgia is preferred.

Pay: $30,956.44 – $122,491.47 per year
