They work with a full portfolio of awesome products including wireless, connected car, and wearables. They also offer integrated, seamless, and smart entertainment options including AT&T TV.

OVERALL PURPOSE: Interacts with and sells AT&T products to customers in Retail Stores. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Meet Sales Objectives for phones, services, and accessories. Handles all administrative aspects of sales including: completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filling the completed orders. Maintains strong knowledge of new wireless and home products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and service features. Maintains knowledge of competitive offers and provides critical market feedback to the Store Manager regarding local competition and product/service needs. Handles inquiries from customers.

Previous Wireless Experience, 1-3 Years Retail, Customer Facing, Sales Experience Preferred.
