Job Description
This is an ON-SITE position within our Network Operations Center. This position has varied shift schedules that may include day or evening hours. You will work 4 days on, and 3 days off rotation.

What you’ll do

• Monitor, alert, and report on system and infrastructure health
• Perform basic troubleshooting steps to investigate and mitigate system issues
• Escalate events based on established policies
• Perform vulnerability management by patching servers and infrastructure
• Monitor, maintain and update system and server configuration per defined organizational standards
• Diagnose and repair faulty system and server hardware

Qualifications

• Minimum Secret Clearance (We hold all clearance levels)
• Experience using Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)
• Familiarity with network and infrastructure monitoring systems
• Experience working with virtualization infrastructure
• Knowledge of networking – including switching, routing, firewalls, and VPNs
• Experience working in a secure environment
• Familiarity with Android OS
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
