Quality Assurance Field Representative
$22 hourly Salary – Full-time – Day shift

Responsibilities:
· Showcase superior customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
· Direct performance and provide coaching and training for all area technicians and subcontractors; Ensure that work performed in these areas is accomplished safely, efficiently, and with a minimum amount of disruption and inconvenience.
· Perform general prescreening for all requests, recognizing danger, safety, and damage hazards and proposing methods to eliminate them.
· Communicating with management, partners, and property owners regarding issues, project completion timelines, and workload priorities.
· Collaborate with all area employees, team leads, and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are in place.
· Develop, modify, apply, and maintain quality evaluation, and safety control systems and protocols.
· Devise and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of all services performed and equipment used.
· Design and analyze inspection and testing processes; conduct quality assurance tests; and perform statistical analysis.
· Audits quality systems for deficiency identification and correction. Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements.
· Document work performance, inspections, training, safety, and testing as directed; while maintaining all proper documentation in an organized manner.
What to expect:
· Working outdoors in all types of weather and environments including near residential homes and businesses.
· Physically demanding work that includes a great deal of walking, bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, and lifting.
· Traveling, sitting, or standing for extended periods of time.
· Covering a very large regional area.
· Dayshift, Monday through Friday; Some Saturday work may be required during peak season or to be swapped out for a weekday when necessary.
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of Leadership experience.
· Broadband/ Telecommunication/ Construction experience preferred.
· Must be self-motivated and can work independently and in a team setting.
· Must be at least 21 years old.
· Have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR.
· Ability to pass pre-employment screening and background check without any criminal charges, DUIs, or illicit substances.
· Able to work full time with an open flexible schedule and willing to work weekends, overtime, and holidays when necessary to meet the system demands.
· Willing to travel locally, statewide, or regionally as required.
