Telecommunications Analyst

Full remote position and this position will hire as a Contract to Permanent Hire scenario with our client.

The Telecommunications Analyst I is the first level and primary point of customer contact for our client, those requiring voice and/or data communications services and assistance. This position is responsible for determining user’s voice and data needs, entering orders into service database system, trouble ticket processing and resolution, and providing operational support. This position has direct company contact at all levels as well as with those customers outside the internal customers.

Top requirements:
1) Background in PBX Administration or similar background with call flow platforms such as Avaya, Nortel, or Cisco

2) Background in Microsoft Teams telephony first line troubleshooting

3) Background in Advanced Call Flow Applications like 59

4) Telecom Analyst background
