We are looking to hire an experienced dispatcher in the telecommunication field. ( Someone that has dispatch experience either for a vendor or MSO ( Comcast, Suddenlink, Charter)).
PenguinData experience is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Route work daily to our field crews and vendors.
- Close completed work in the system
- Call customers to get access to our field crews
- Communicate with the MSO daily
- Send in a daily of completed work to the MSO
- Communicate with field crews to get work completed on time
- Attend multiple meetings within the organization or with our customers online
- Data entry of work QC’d
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
