What you’ll achieve
The Customer Success Executive Telecom is a highly visible, strategic leadership role within the Customer Success organization where we build deep relationships with our customers, functional business units and strategic partners to help our customers achieve their goals and business outcomes.
You will:
- Have overall responsibility for quality of service and delivery for the Telecom Customer. Work with Telecom Systems Business to increase bookings; provide direction on strategic offers aligned to Dell Technologies Telecom key sales plays; aimed at creating steady year over year revenue growth.
- Be a single point of contact for the entire Customer Success organization, and for the acquisition and execution of services, including deploy, managed, consulting or support services
- Capture and execute against customer identified business objectives and IT priorities to ensure the customer is realizing value from our products, solutions and services portfolio
- Ensures that full life cycle delivery costs are within or better than the delivery costs contracted according to the service level agreement
- Builds and sustains effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an effort to maximize the customer experience and relationships.
- Keep executive leadership advised of impacting events, challenges and successes; establishes governance and communication plans
- Proactively provide a unified end-to-end experience measured by Performance, Experience, and Business values

Essential Requirements
- Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and ensure flawless customer engagements
- Proven ability to lead transformation initiatives and Customer Success programs
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned to customers business and IT priorities
- Expert negotiation and problem-solving skills with ability to manage conflict resolution
- Expert communication and executive presence with proven ability to create and deliver presentations through the C suite
Desirable Requirements
- Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale environment
- Expertise in people management and leadership with proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams
