Role Description

Seeking someone who is a business builder working at a high-quality firm or has a strong organizational background.

We need someone with a Technology Consulting background – a tech. solutioning person – a consulting, operations leader who can be groomed into a client partner.

The Delivery Lead is a director level leadership role to drive and significantly impact the client engagement and growth momentum for Incedo. The incumbent will be expected to drive and grow customer engagements, consult clients in defining solutions to key business and analytics problem areas, drive project deliveries, build analytics team/s and develop strong capabilities/solutions in Telecom domain.

The Delivery Lead will also be responsible to partner with India delivery leads, Data/Tech architects and other Incedo practices to deliver high-impact solutions to the clients; bring strong domain expertise in Telecom, analytics/machine learning best-practices, solve client business problems and identify new opportunities for a client.

Technical Skills

Strong experience in leading enterprise level implementation in the space of Cloud and digital engineering programs that involves technologies such as React, Angular, Springboot, Java and API development.

Exposure in Cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools and services

Strong experience in Agile best practices, estimation methodologies and quality management

Exposure to data and analytics solutions

Experience in driving technical and architectural discussions.

Nice-to-have skills

Qualifications

1. Must have experience in a consulting or tech. service firm working on projects in trading ops or custody using one of the platforms – a technology leader with exp. in trading ops platforms and/or custody ops platforms.

2. A techno savvy Delivery Lead would be ideal – from the IT/Tech side with an engineering or tech. leadership background.

3. Delivery experience of technology projects.

4. Client engagement skills; problem solving skills and a go-getter.

5. Must be able to use technology to solve operation problems like automating, technology solutioning, etc.
