Your new role

As a Diesel Mechanical Fitter, you will be an integral part of the maintenance team that ensures the optimal performance of the generator equipment. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, both at the company’s facility in Ashbourne and at various customer sites in Dublin and throughout Leinster. You will be responsible for carrying out preventative, scheduled and breakdown maintenance on generator equipment, as well as reporting and resolving any issues that arise. You will be expected to work flexibly and efficiently, as well as communicate effectively with customers and the Maintenance Manager.

What you will need to succeed

· you will need to have a relevant mechanical qualification.

· a full clean driving licence.

· You will also need to have at least 3-5 years of practical experience in a similar role,

· preferably working on engine driven electricity generators.

· You will have excellent numerical, verbal and written skills, as well as the ability to record, interpret and analyse key process data.

· You will be able to work as part of a team and give technical advice where required.

· You will also have proven problem solving and trouble shooting skills and be able to use your initiative to complete required work to industry standards.

· You will be a focused and driven individual who is passionate about delivering the best power solutions for your customers.
