Our Exciting Opportunity:
Ericsson in Belux is a leader in providing mobile technology solutions and services to the Telecom operators and B2B players. With 5G becoming a reality a whole new market dynamic is being created where Ericsson can play a unique role to ensure that its customers can fully leverage on the full potential of 5G, AI and cloud into their B2C and B2B offerings.
Hence we are looking for an Account manager to join our team.
What you will do:
You will join the account team and be a direct report to the General Manager of BeLux. Your task is to secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development based on fundamental understanding of the customers’ business, operations and objectives. In addition, you actively run and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end to end solutions allowing seamless transition from sales to operations. You also develop both internal and external relations in order to make both the customers and Ericsson successful. This job role will be focused on selling all or part of our portfolio to one of our BeLux customers.

To be successful in the role you must have:
Mandatory language skills : English Fluent, Dutch fluent or strong, French fluent or strong
Education: Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Science or similar
Min 2 years of experience of relationship sales and 2 years from the ICT industry
Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding
Customer and market insight as well as negotiation skills
Leadership experience
Innovative and creative attitude
Social ability and interpersonal skills
Intellectual ability and critical thinking
Accountability and commitment with a passion to win
Perseverance and result orientation
