JOB DESCRIPTION :
Customer Support / Network Engineers ( 2 Positions), Experience 0 -1 years

SKILLS:
B.Tech Electronics / Information Technology, preferable with certification/training in Networking Technologies ( CCNA / ECH etc..)

Good verbal communication skills

Self-driven, hardworking, quick learner and willing to travel

Should have good knowledge on PC’s / IT Infrastructure/Networking

Travel will be 70%

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for Customer support.

Coordinate with Product Managers and ensure completion of projects, within the planned project schedule.

Communicate with customers for project implementation.

Should contribute in office activities like Systems maintenance, CRM, sales and administration works etc., as delegated,apart from support activities.

Involves extensive outstation travel all over country at short notice.

Role Summary/Purpose Role Summary/Purpose The Incumbent will be a key member of Business Development / Pre & Post Sales team responsible for Sales / Marketing of high end technology solutions in their territory. Should have passion for sales / marketing, and the ability to learn about niche technology solutions and apply in a practical manner to create high value addition to organization.

Essential Responsibilities

Direct and Indirect customer Marketing and Sales.

Business Generation through various platforms / Existing customers, identify new business opportunities – new markets, new partnerships, new channels to reach existing markets to increase sales.

Pre & Post-Sales Support to customers.

Should be a team player, collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure success

Should be agile and mobile, all job positions require extensive local & Out of Station travel(Travel required for > 75%).

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation / Computer Engineering or related field

Fresher’s with good academic record / 1 – 2 years for trainee positions and > 2 Years’ experience for senior positions. Experience in relevant field is desirable.

Desired Characteristics

Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies, practices and tools

Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational

Experience in Microsoft Office, Presentation and Email Communication

Experience in Sales and Support Life Cycles.

Experience in strategic analysis, marketing and sales.

Ability to position new product or service offerings to meet the needs of existing markets.

Experience in Quality process / Systems.

Support complete sales cycle operations. Extend support services, payment follow-ups etc.
