Job Description:
- Telecommunication technician ensures high-quality installation, maintenance, and operation/performance
- Responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing a variety of telephone equipment, communication circuits, and cabling.
- Responsible for organizing and completing the technical day-to-day operations assigned through work orders and servicing trouble calls.
- Installs, moves, repairs, and modifies telecommunications and related equipment according to job order specifications
- Develops and maintains effective working relationships with customers
- Contributes to a work environment that encourages respect, and development of skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds.
- Evaluating customers’ needs and installing telecommunications systems that best meet those needs.
Requirements:
- SSN & Valid Drivers License
- With a good working attitude
- Experience as Cable Technician is an advantage
- Willing to undergo training (if no experience)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $1,500.00 – $1,700.00 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Holidays
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Eugene, OR 97401: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
