Role Description

Role Description:

As a Technical Lead – Network & Telecom Operations at Incedo, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining network and telecom environments for clients. You will work with clients to understand their network and telecom needs and manage environments that meet those needs. You will be skilled in network and telecom technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, or Avaya and have experience with network and telecom management tasks such as configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining network and telecommunications infrastructure
• Monitoring and responding to network and telecommunications issues
• Developing and maintaining network and telecommunications documentation and policies
• Troubleshooting and resolving network and telecommunications issues
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior Network & Telecom Operations Specialists
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in network and telecommunications operations as the technologies involved may include Cisco, Juniper, F5, Palo Alto, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

Technical Skills

Skills Requirements:

• Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and BGP
• Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
• Experience in troubleshooting network and telecommunications issues
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Must understand the company’s long-term vision and align with it.
• Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills. 
• Should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Qualifications

Qualifications 

• 7-9 years of work experience in relevant field
• B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
