Washington County 911 is accepting applications for Emergency Dispatchers. Full time positions are now available. The positions are full time and benefit eligible to cover days, nights, weekends and/or holidays. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, receiving emergency and non-emergency calls, directing call information to the correct emergency responders to ensure the public receives prompt help, and working directly with the public and law enforcement by telephone and radio. Applicants must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills. In addition, applicants must successfully complete extensive background check, drug testing and psych evaluation.
