Account Analyst – Credit & Collections Job Details
Proactive outbound to customers to empower customers to resolve past due bills, prevent past dues in the future, and educate on self-serve options
Account Analyst – Credit & Collections Responsibilities
The Account Analyst – Credit & Collections will:
- Collect payments / set up payment arrangements
- Review bill and outstanding balance
- Discuss payment options
- Set up payment arrangement if applicable
- Prevent future past dues
- Set up auto-pay
- Educate billing cycles
- Confirm eBill address and walkthrough
- Educate on Self-Serve and validate contract information
- Set up My Shaw
- Ways to pay bills online, option to request for future payment arrangement
- Full contract review
Account Analyst – Credit & Collections Must Have Skills
- 0-1 years of consumer risk experience
- Telecommunications industry experience is highly desirable
- Problem-solving, Curiosity and strong Critical Thinking Skills required
- Diligent and agile while working efficiently in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated, able to work independently in a pressured environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
