Position Summary:
As a member of our successful and growing sales team, you enable enterprise companies and local communities to stay connected and work smarter with Beanfield products such as: fibre optic internet, colocation, dark-fibre, cloud exchange services and more! For over 32 years, Beanfield has been a disrupter in the telecommunications industry, and we’ve built a brand known for our reliable, cost-effective solutions. But! Our Account Executives go further than just completing a sales transaction; they nurture relationships and guide our customers to the right solution for their current and future needs. Working hand-in-hand with our equally fantastic service delivery, product and solution engineering team, our Account Executives help commercial clients leverage technology to optimize day-to-day work with their employees and customers.
We’re looking for a tenacious, results-driven individual that is successful at selling through listening and understanding our customers’ needs. You will position yourself as a trusted advisor and build value-added relationships to provide solutions in the client’s best interest.

Responsibilities:
Build relationships, uncover business opportunities within Canadian and US markets. Focusing on global customers in telecommunications.
Become familiar and adept in presenting our core
Tracking all activity and results through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software with daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly analysis reports submitted to management.
Attend and successfully complete all required sales, product and process training sessions.
Skills and Experience:
High school diploma with a post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or related field.
Experience with JIRA, Deskpro and SAP an asset.
10+ years of experience in sales role.
Knowledge of Layer 1 and 2 WAN Services, Internet and deep understanding of Global and National Telecom Ecosystems.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills in order to multitask/prioritize and work under tight timelines.
Effective communication skills written, verbal and listening.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work and act independently using good judgement when assessing difficult situations.
Strong negotiation and relationship building abilities.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and professional mannerisms.
