PROEF currently has an opportunity for the role of Accounts Payable/Receivable Technician (M/F).

Responsibilities:

• Conference and accounting of supplier documents and issuing invoices to customers;
• Analysis, processing and recording of employee expenses, cash and credit cards;
• Control and analysis of current accounts of suppliers and customers with respective reconciliation of balances;
• Coordinate account meetings with entities as customers and suppliers;
• Carry out billing processing, record customer receipts and manage outstanding balances;
• Providing clarifications to suppliers and managing customer relationships;
• Validate the information necessary for monthly accounting closing and ensure compliance with closing dates;

Profile:

• Training (12th year or Degree) in Accounting, Economics, Management or similar;
• Good knowledge of English – spoken and written;
• Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel;
• Rigor in meeting deadlines;
• Ability to analyze and make decisions;
• Ease of communication and interpersonal relationships;
• Eligible for professional internship;
• Dynamism and proactivity.
